Make sure that the date and time of the unit’s user interface doesn’t differ more than 15 minutes with that of your mobile device. If it differs more than 15 minutes, the app will say the unit is offline.
To get the unit back online, try the following actions:
- Check if the ethernet connection is present and functional
- Check if the network gateway’s LEDs display a heartbeat ( 1 – 1 – 0 ) alternate with ( 1 – 1 – 1 )
- Try rebooting the network gateway and the network gear
